These disclaimers apply to the Sovren Operator Pass site and giveaway, run by Sovren Technologies Inc, a Nevada corporation ("Sovren"). They are part of our giveaway terms.

1. Not financial advice

Nothing on this site, on our passes, in our posts or in our emails is financial, legal or tax advice, or an offer or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Decide for yourself, and talk to a qualified adviser before you make any financial decision.

2. Rewards vary and are not guaranteed

Points, places on the board, roles, discount codes and prizes depend on the steps you complete, on the referrals you make, on other entrants, on the judging and on these terms. Rewards vary and are not guaranteed. Points have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold or redeemed, carry no entitlement to tokens, licenses or any future distribution.

3. Nodes and credits carry no promise of return

A Sovren Node is network infrastructure that its operator runs. Winning or buying a node, or receiving Triton Cloud credits, carries no promise of any return, income, distribution or value. Whether a node receives distributions, and what any distribution is worth, depends on things no one controls, including the network, the market, the rules of the network and the laws where you live, and it may change or stop. A node can lose value, and you can lose what you spend on it, including hosting.

To activate a Sovren Node and receive its distributions, the node must be hosted with Triton Cloud and its operator needs a Pay wallet. A Sovren Node license cannot be transferred for the first 12 months after it is issued. Discount codes lower a price; they do not make a purchase a better or safer decision.

4. Values

The $3,000 value of the Sovren Node prize is the sponsor's sales price for a Sovren Node on October 21, 2026. The $100 value of each Triton Cloud credit prize is its face value in Triton Cloud services. These are the values we report for each prize, not a statement of what a node or a credit is or will be worth to you or anyone else.

5. Forward-looking statements

Some things on this site describe plans, expectations or future events, such as the Sovren network, future giveaways, products or features. These are forward-looking statements. They reflect what we believe today and depend on things that may change. Actual events may differ, and we may change or drop any plan. We do not undertake to update a statement except where the law requires it.

6. Third-party services

The giveaway relies on services we do not control, and each has its own terms:

• Triton Cloud hosts Sovren Nodes and provides the credit prizes. Its own terms of service, published at tritoncloud.io, govern hosting and the use of credits.
• X and Discord provide the accounts, follows, posts and server membership the giveaway checks. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with X Corp. or Discord Inc.
• The node-sales site sells Sovren Node licenses and accepts discount codes under its own terms.
• Wallets you use to prove ownership are provided by others under their own terms.

We are not responsible for the content, availability or actions of these services. If one of them is unavailable, a step that depends on it waits until it works again.

7. Accuracy

We try to keep this site accurate and current, but it may contain errors or be out of date. Points, ranks and board positions shown during the campaign are provisional until the board is frozen and the results are published.
